MEET THE CREATOR
Christina here, former property manager and long-time architectural designer and entrepreneur. I dedicated nearly a decade to managing and developing properties in Hawai'i. I learned how to integrate sustainability, permaculture, and community living - putting harmonious land use as my number one priority.
With a rich background in architectural design and sustainability, I advocate for low-carbon building methods. I have great respect for both ancient wisdom and contemporary technologies. I believe in bridging past and present through methods such as passive solar, natural materials, resource management, and mixed-use zoning.
My focus extends beyond pragmatic climate concerns and into addressing the energetic effects of our built environment on human well-being. With an entrepreneurial perspective, I instinctively grasp the psychological aspects that guide our decisions in designing and building.
I aspire to transform sustainable building into an achievable and satisfying endeavor for everyone involved. Creating more properties that build resiliency, inside and out, is not as far away as we think!
